Today I had the first hour after Pentecost at Oli. Apart from the acute parking problems this time I was there on time, no traffic jams. Have you talked initially about the exercises from last time and have gone through this briefly.

Oli had shown me last week. A balloon attached to the mouthpiece and then blow up the MPR in the mouth and even. Just found this at Saxwelt still an interesting thread.
